Our Produce

• Organic - The soil of Val Graveglia, our altitude of 500m and the mild climate allows healthy harvests without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers
• Handpicked - Handpicking into cotton aprons tied at the waist using only ladders & a steady foot, ensures a stress free harvest for our plants.
• Cold Pressed - Our olives are pressed locally. The remaining salsa is recycled for animal feed and our oil is decanted into stainless steel barrels.
